V-Sync Mode - 'OFF'
Frame Rate Limit - '60FPS or 144FPS'
Shadow Quality - 'MEDIUM'
This setting is used to increase the shadow cast on the environment objects.
Shadow Resolution - 'MEDIUM'
Definition of environment objects shadows.
Spot Shadow Count - 'MEDIUM'
shadows for dynamic objects like NPCs
Spot Shadow Resolution - 'MEDIUM'
Affect dynamic object shadows.
Contact Shadows - 'All LOW'
lower it for Maximum Boost
Post FX AA - 'OFF'
Temporal AA - 'Supersampling'
Change it for Maximum Boost
Sharpen Image - '30%'
Particle Depth - 'HIGH'
This setting is linked with Sharpen Image, but here you will increase the effect of lowering the particle effect.
Enable Wind-Affected Snow - 'Yes'

Volumetric Fog - 'Medium' (Major FPS gains)
Set to Medium to gain the maximum FPS Boost
Reflection Quality - 'LOW' (Major FPS gains)
Change this to low and lowers the shadow for water and window to get FPS Boost
Local Reflection Quality - 'LOW' (Major FPS gains)

Sub-Surface Scattering - 'YES'
doesn’t affect FPS
Anisotropic Filtering - '16x'
Lower if you need more FPS. You can gain 3-4 FPS max.
Parallax Mapping - 'HIGH'
Increase the Texture Quality
Ambient Occlusion - 'LOW'
Low is recommended, but you can turn it off for maximum FPS boost.
Depth of Field - 'OFF' (Major FPS gains)
Raise your FPS while character interaction
Object Detail - '50%'
Change this for 50% and you will have a nice gain.
Extra Streaming Distance - '90%' (Major FPS gains)
Chromatic Aberration - 'YES'
This setting will give you a Rainbow effect at your camera lens
Lens Flare - 'YES'
