In PHP, string concatenation allows us to combine 2 or more strings by using the dot operator (.) to chain strings together. We learn that when we chain strings together using the dot operator, it will allow us to combine strings. It is important to realize that when using the dot operator, the strings will be joined together without any spaces, so if you want spaces you will need to add them yourself. Learning how to use string concatenation in PHP takes a bit of practice, but after practicing string concatenation in PHP, you should be able to get the hang of it. Make sure to practice combining strings in different ways to fully understand how it works.
