In Odoo 18, you can configure an authorized signatory on invoices by adding a signature field to your invoice templates. Here's how to set it up:

Access the Invoicing Module:

Navigate to the Invoicing module from the Odoo dashboard.
Modify the Invoice Report Template:

Go to Configuration -- Templates.
Locate the invoice report template, typically named Invoice or Invoice Report.
Click Edit to modify the template.
Add the Authorized Signatory Field:

In the template editor, insert a new field where you want the authorized signatory's name to appear.
You can set this field to automatically display the salesperson's name associated with the invoice by using the user_id field.
To format the name in a cursive font, apply the desired font style to this field.
Save and Apply the Template:

After adding the field and formatting it, save the changes to the template.
Ensure that this modified template is set as the default for invoices.
By following these steps, the authorized signatory's name will automatically appear on all generated invoices, formatted as specified.
