Remember that to pair the PlayStation 4 controller with your PlayStation 5, you have to simultaneously press and hold the "PlayStation" button (the one with the iconic PS logo) and the "Share" button. Hold both buttons until you see the light on the controller start flashing. This indicates that the PS4 controller is in pairing mode and can be seen by the PlayStation 5.
