This is a recipe of a traditional swedish biff/hamburgerthing. Excuse my lack of chef-lingo. The terms for things in swedish are confusing enough to keep track of, it just gets worse when you want to learn all the english names as well. :)

Anyway, this is really delicious. I was surprised by how tasty it ended up being. And I'm not only saying that because I'm egotistical.

I'm also aware that this is an easy recipe but I'm making these videos for people who simply don't know anything, because the people who DO know everything won't NEED videos. The beginners need tips and tricks, the experts only need the ingredients. So this way I'm giving you all something you want. :)
