How to make the most famous dish in China. From beginning to end. This dish is called "手撕包菜", or loosely translated as "Using Hands To Rip Open Cabbage".

The red chili and pepper came from a box of peanuts (for flavor), but you can use any chili or pepper. The white stuff is salt, not sugar. The oil is peanut oil. The white bits garlic bits. The first black liquid is vinegar. The second black liquid is soy sauce.
