*Important* I said a tablespoon of salt in the video...use 1 & 1/4 TEASPOONS!

Recipe:
1 1/2 cup ALL PURPOSE Flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter

Heat oven AND PAN to 400 degrees. Leave the pan in the oven until you are ready to fill the popover pan. Ingredients must be room temperature or slightly warmed. Do not use chilled/cold ingredients! Your mix should resemble a thin pancake mix.

Once your mix is ready and your pan is hot, take the pan out of the over, spray it down with non-stick spray, then fill all 6 popover cups to near-full. If you want to season the popovers different ways, this is the time to do it, but work quickly, you don't want your pan to cool.

Pop in the over at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve hot, goes great with potato soup!
