This video will show you how, using the USB cable and Windows File Explorer, to copy a video that you originally downloaded to your iOS device (iPhone, iPad) to your Windows PC (all without the need of iTunes software). I did this using the Lightning USB cable, iOS 16, and Windows 10 x64. In short, this video will show you how to copy a previously downloaded video from the Files app to the Photos app on your iOS device, thus making it accessible in the Internal Storage - DCIM directory (and ultimately accessible through Windows File Explorer via USB cable).
