The 1541 came with a disk called the TEST/DEMO disk and on it was a program by Jim Butterfield to allow you to copy a disk using 2 disk drives...here is a demonstration of how to use that program and one 1541 that is device 8 and another that is set to device 9 to copy the entire contents of a commodore 64 disk!
