Beast Crafting Method: You probably go straight in using Grand orbs since they are cheap (I have not tried this method so cannot vouch that it is still viable currency wise: https://youtu.be/mvcM90oOJhQ
The most important thing to remember about this method is whenever you are trying to elevate make sure the eater of worlds mod is higher than the Exarch mod where possible
Another thing to mention is that you do not need to try and elevate from T6. You could just totally reroll the strike mod using Grand Embers to get a T4 mod.
Elevating from T6 can potentially be cheaper but there is the potential to use a few orbs of conflict only to lose the mod.
It is up to you whether you want to gamble elevating from bottom tier to potentially save up to 1.5 Exalts, but with the risk of wasting currency
There is a bit of a mess up when I was editing the footage from Craft of Exile so some mods randomly change names. This is because I do not think Craft of Exile knows the weightings of the orbs of conflict results and looks like it sets every gamble at 50/50, whoever this is 100% not the case.
You have much less chance of elevating a T3 mod to T2 if your other mod is lower. That is why we use exceptional ichors to balance the tiers to give our Strike mod the best chance of elevating
Written Guide:
Roll +1 strike on gloves using Grand Embers
Hit item with an exceptional Ichor
You will now have +1 Strike (Tier 4) + a Random Eater mod (Tier 3)
Use Orbs of conflict until you have +1 Strike (Tier 3) + a Random Eater Mod (Tier 4)
Use another exceptional Ichor and you will now have:
+1 Strike (Tier 3) + a Random Eater Mod (Tier 3)
Now use orbs of conflicts to elevate the Strike mod to T2
recraft Pierce using Lesser Ichors
Job Done
This can be costly if RNG is not on your side. I failed my T3/T3 gamble 6 times but I know others who hit it first time.
No matter which way you try to craft these gloves there is no "Cheap Method"
