Tutorial showing How to Setup an mdadm Software RAID using the GUI System Config Tool Webmin. This tutorial is in Ubuntu Server 14.04, but is applicable to most other Linux Distros.

Raid Type - Raid 5 Distributed Parity
Chunk Size - 1024KB
Format Type - Ext4 with Default Settings
