On Google, all the contacts you see and access in Gmail are managed by another Google app called Contacts.
To add a list of contacts that you can use in Gmail, you can go through the Google Contacts web app, to do so, open a web browser and go to Google Contacts. Locate the contact you want to add to the mailing list, then click the checkbox to add it. Repeat this operation as many times as you want
