Timer shutdown with CMD. How to shutdown a Windows 10 computer with a timer Command Prompt, no software required and working 2023 as we just use the built in windows command prompt to write in a simple command line to shut down the system after specified hours, minutes and seconds.

Shutdown you system with calculated times:

5 min: shutdown -s -t 300
20min: shutdown -s -t 1200
1h: shutdown -s -t 3600
2h: shutdown -s -t 7200
5h: shutdown -s -t 18000
10h: shutdown -s -t 36000

Stop the timer set: shutdown -a
