Increasingly complex multicore software and semiconductor systems are driving the need for greater transparency through tracing, logging and analysis. This tutorial aims to show you how to create your first viewer for your own trace, log and status data in a short time, using freely available templates and sources leading to your own entry on the VSXOpen / VsCode marketplace.

The tutorial will guide you through the steps of preparing the required code, adding your own Java file or stream reader, analysis and other functions and finally building the product using Eclipse Tycho.
