I'll show you an easy guide on how to defeat Abobo from Mission 1 in Double Dragon for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

In this guide, I also explain Billy's moves with each Heart you obtain. Each Heart you unlock will give Billy additional moves such as a jump kick or a knee bash. I know a lot of people have defeated Abobo by guiding him onto the conveyor belt and kicking him off but I wanted to show that you can defeat him with my points strategy!

How do I record my retro boss fights?

I record all of my Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) boss battles on my Elgato Capture Card. Retro gaming is a big passion of mine as I still collect physical copies of Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), Super Nintendo (SNES), and Sega Genesis (Sega Mega Drive) video games. I have a lot more boss fights to showcase.

Why do I review bosses and create guides?

Retro video games were a big part of my life growing up and as I’m playing these games at my leisure I’m noticing some of the bosses are quite difficult. So one day I thought “Wouldn’t it be cool if I could show people how to defeat these bosses?!”. Each video I produce will provide a strategy of how to easily defeat a specific boss fight whether it's a 2d or 3d boss.

How do you decide which boss to review next?
