There are three ways that I found that you can defeat Lady Bug in 'Grounded' game. You can combine those three. One is attacking from higher ground, like on leaves, although Lady Bug will try to destroy the leaf and get you down. Second, jump around it and attack when jumping and third, do what I did in the video, try to find a spot where Lady Bug can't attack you and you can hit it and kill it.

Using the LAdy Bug parts you can analyze them and unlock a Lady Bug Chestplate and Ladybug Shin Guards armor items.
