The easiest way I found to beat this reception is by destroying one of the two rear puppets before they get rid strings on them. This drastically makes the fight easier due to having 2-3 less dice from the puppets and 1 less dice from the puppeteer. The puppeteer having 1-2 (he gets 2 from angelica puppet) less dice makes it so you have a higher chance of fighting the die that destroys one of the puppets red strings. You can min max this fight as well by using combat pages that are strong against his certain counter dice that get rid of redstrings. Puppets will heal and recover from stagger after 2 turns but it can be cheesed a bit by setting their hp to 1 and then staggering them and getting a 3rd turn out of it.
