Hi Guys,

So recently I had to defrost my freezer in the apartment I rent for my upcoming 'Vegan For A Month' series and, given that I had to some research and am looking to do more for my 'How-To' series I thought it made sense to share what I was doing with you guys for those others out there also looking to do the same. Potentially under some pretty tight time constraints.

Also, just a fair word of warning, if you are going to do this, be sure to take SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. You are potentially working with live electrical equipment as well as boiling water and obviously this could be VERY HARMFUL or even FATAL if you are not careful.
