---INSTRUCTIONS--------

1. Download the files
2. Extract using Winrar
3. Click TakeOwnership.reg and keep clicking yes.
4. Right click on a file that won't open or delete and select Take Ownership. The length of the process depends on the size of the file that you want to open or delete.

If you don't want this feature then you can delete it by clicking RemoveTakeOwnership.reg.
