Part 1: How to delete an Instagram account on iPhone permanently

Step 2: Go to "Instagram" on your iPhone and tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Click the Settings icon on the Profile page and then scroll down to choose "Help".

Step 4: Click on "Help Center"

Step 5: Click on Upper Right Corner

Step 6: Select on "Manage Your Account"

Step 7: Select "Delete Your Account" among the options.

Step 8: Choose "How do I delete my account?" and click the hyperlinked "go to this page".

Step 9: choose the reason for which you want to delete your Instagram account.

Step 10: Type in your Instagram password again and click "Permanently deactivate my account" and tap on "OK" to confirm. Then your Instagram account will be removed from your iPhone.
