How To Destroy Kubernetes (K8s) Cluster, Worker Nodes And All Associated Resources On DigitalOcean
In this video, you will learn how to permanently delete Kubernetes (K8s) cluster including all the droplet worker nodes and all associates resources such as load balancers and volume services. A vanilla k8s cluster will contain just the worker nodes, however if you have installed an application such as WordPress Kubernetes you will most likely have other associated resources tied to your k8s cluster. Optionally, you I will also show you how to delete the API Personal Access Token tied to your K8s cluster.

Steps To Deleting Your K8s Cluster On DigitalOcean:
1. Locate your K8s cluster in your DigitalOcean dashboard. You can do so through your projects or the Kubernetes service under manage on the left hand side
2. In your projects, click on the three horizontal dots for the K8s cluster you want to delete
3. Click Destroy
4. Click the drop down arrow next to Actions
5. Click Destroy
6. Select any available resources associated with your k8s cluster that you would like to destroy also
7. Copy your k8s cluster name by clicking on the copy icon and paste it into the cluster name text box
8. Click Destroy. In the next five or so minutes, the k8 cluster and all associated resources will be removed
9. On the left hand side, scroll down, and click API
10. Find the Personal Access Token associated with the k8s cluster
11. Click the three horizontal dots
12. Click Delete
13. Copy the token name by clicking on the copy icon and paste it into the Name text box
14. Click Delete Token
Congratulations, you have successfully deleted your k8 cluster, worker nodes and all sociated resources including the API personal access token on DigitalOcean.
