Want to disable the annoying pop-up "output window" when booting up Maya (on Windows 10)? Here's an easy way to do it:

1) Go to the Maya shortcut and right click
2) Go to properties
3) Where it says "Target" go all the way to the right and put -hideConsole
4) Hit apply and say yes for admin permissions
5) There is no step 5. Just open Maya ya nurd .-.
