How to Disable VSync in Fallout 4 - FPS FIX
*IMPORTANT* As clarified in the video, cap your FPS with an external tool as letting the game run over a certain threshold will cause physics/game time bugs. Try anywhere between 60-120 FPS. You can use NVIDIA Inspector, Rivatuner, ENB Series, and many other tools to cap frame rate.

You must find the following in all config files:
iPresentInterval=1

And change it to the following:
iPresentInterval=0
