edit 2: ok so humflower did it originally then sschara invented savev2% and then madddy did several runs of it

note: after some testing, a p rank is impossible as using the whiplash is required to spawn the enemies, and the whiplash can’t be used while the game thinks you’re in the immobile falling state.
