Steampunk is ubiquitous now, but that comes with its own price. In this video, I talk about the history of Steampunk, its roots in literature and historical periods, and how to do Steampunk in what I consider the correct way.

Of course, this video is simply my opinion on the matter. It's not the be-all, end-all in regards to how to do Steampunk, but in my opinion far too few people look into the historical parts behind the steampunk lore and aesthetique. This video is for those people.
