How to Double Click with the Logitech G502 and G Pro Wireless Mouse (G Hub Software)
Double clicking is used to increase the speed of your mouse clicks when gaming. Typically a double click refers to one mouse press being recognized as two. To achieve this you would reduce the debounce time on your mouse.
The Logitech G502 and G Pro wireless do not allow for you to adjust debounce time. This prevents the traditional method of double clicking with both mice.
Double clicking outside of gaming can be rather annoying. Usually when a mouse double clicks it is seen as a defect or broken. To avoid this, mice wonʼt allow you to change the debounce time, slowing down your CPS dramatically.
There is an alternative method for double clicking with the G502 and G Pro wireless. Creating a double click macro with the G Hub software allows you to replicate a double click. The macro also has its advantages, giving you more control and being able to assign any mouse button to the function.
A double click macro is more consistent and can also be used outside of gaming. Macros also allow you to customize the time between clicks to maximize your click speed while playing. If your click speed is too slow then you can reduce the time delays to make your CPS higher. Another option is to add a third click.
