How to download GoldenEye X on Project 64 and Everdrive 64
7Greetings Gamers! This is Super_Captain_N logging into the server to help you guys on how to download GoldenEye 007 but with Mario Characters onto Project 64 and Everdrive 64 (you'll need an Expansion Pak)!
Before you continue, make sure to do the following:
- Download Project 64 (or any N64 emulators)
- Download Perfect Dark V1.1 Rom
- Download the mod

- Download GoldenEye Setup Editor
- Download the Everdrive 64 files
Here's how to do the following:
- Go to GoldenEye Setup Editor.
- Go to Tools.
- Go to XDelta Patching.
- Go to Apply PD XDelta Patch.
- Look for the Perfect Dark Z64 file and open it.
- Click on the XDelta file and open it.
- Save the file and name it however you want.
- Rename the file and add ".z64" at the rom file.
- Test out the Mod on Project 64 to make sure it works.
- If the rom doesn't boot up right away, Click on Options, Go to Configure, Change the Memory Size to 8 MB.
- If you have the Everdrive 64, transfer the mod z64 file onto the ED64 file and there you go!
- Make sure to have the Perfect Dark Z64 file on the ED64 file as well, otherwise it will not work.
