Tisha is one of the 20 playable Toons in Dandy's World, added on July 12th, 2024 alongside Flutter, Shelly and Teagan. She is available to be bought in Dandy's Store.
Tisha is a cyan tissue box that wears a dark blue dress with a light blue, rounded trim on the end. She holds a feather duster with a black handle that has dark brown feathers with light brown edges. She has three freckles on her cheeks and in between her eyes. She has a white tissue coming out of the top of her head and a white tissue on her neck that resembles a jabot.
