For those looking to Clone Legendary Pokemon, Master Balls, and more, you have come to the right video~!!!
You will need a copy of Pokemon Emerald version. Beat the Elite Four and head to the Battle Frontier.

Here are the Steps to Duplicate Pokemon/Items:

STEP 1: Make sure to save before proceeding!

STEP 2: Withdraw the Pokemon you want to duplicate from the PC into your party.

STEP 3: Enter the "LINK MULTI BATTLE ROOM" under the OPEN LEVEL Challenge.

STEP 4: Select 2 Pokemon from your Pokemon that are not the Pokemon to be Duplicated.

STEP 5: When the Attendant asks if you are "Okay" with saving your progress, confirm YES.

STEP 6: After a short pause, you will be asked if you would like to "save the game?" Select YES, and select YES when asked to overwrite the existing save file.
GET READY~!!!

STEP 7: As the "Saving...Don't Turn Off The Power" Message starts to scroll, TURN THE SYSTEM OFF AND ON QUICKLY!
(If using a GameBoy Player, press the RESET Button on the actual GameCube!)

(You will see a message informing you that the "save file is corrupted." Disregard this and continue.
Load up your game. :-) )

STEP 8: Confirm that the Pokemon that you withdrew back in STEP 2 is present BOTH in your PC and your party.
Congrats! You did it!

Remember to start back with STEP 1 if you are duplicating multiple Pokemon in a row.
I HIGHLY recommend practicing with THROWAWAY Pokemon at least 5 times or so before moving on to Rare Pokemon, Legendaries, and Event Pokemon. Once you are familiar with the process, feel free to GIVE the Pokemon to be Duplicated a Master Ball before STEP 1.
