00:20 Only go to Settings Video and Delete Output (Scaled) Resolution and type your changed resolution (2560x1440 or 3840x2160).
00:34 Check off, check out Rescale Output in Streaming Recording TAB.
After you changed, it will record/stream the choiced upscaled resolution.
Watch out under Stream or recording to your hardware overloadings, limits. Some cpu, gpu cant record without lag with 1440p or 4K
