But if you have a ios based iphone or ipad,also you can try this same method.
For ios user's you can get this chat lock by simply activate the passcode or fingerprint lock.
But without fingerprint lock is not possible.

2.And the update name called as "Chat lock".
3.By using this features you can easily lock the chats of one person or individually contacts.
4.In previous method we are using the chats as archived,but this is very useful one.
5.So if you like to enable this feature just open your whatsapp friend contact.
6.And tap the name,now you get the one option called "Chat lock".
7.So just click to turn on this option.
8.But only works with fingerprint or pattern lock.
9.So just complete that security steps.
10.So after you activate that chat lock feature,just go back to the chats section or home page section.
11.So if you like to see the locked chats,just swipe that chat section from top to bottom.
12.And it has the one option called "Locked chats",so just click on it.
13.Now it shows your all locked whatsapp friend chats.
14.This is also available on whatsapp business account.
