1. First of all, unlock your iPhone.
2. Now go into the iPhone setting.
3. Now scroll down and find General setting option.
4. Click on the General Setting option and scroll down again.
5. Here you will see Accesibilty option.
6. Now click on Accesibilty option and scroll down
7. Now here you will see Display accomdation option.
8. Click on it and open it.
9. First option is Invert, Now click on it and Turn on smart invert.
10. Go again in the safari Browser, there you will see safari browser is now in dark mode.
So like this you can turn on Dark mode in Safari Browser.
