Some time ago NVIDIA released a new feature within their app - to override DLSS .dll's and presets to the newest version automatically.
Unfortunately, NVIDIA only lets you use it for whitelisted games and requires workarounds for the rest of the games, causing another set of problems.
Thanks to JPersson77 on GitHub and to Pierre from MGO Discord, Nvidia app can be forced to support DLSS override in every game with minimal work required. Watch until the end because it's important. There is also a song at the end :D

FAQ
Q: How do I know it worked?
A: There is no easy way to tell with SkyrimVR except clearer image if coming from older DLSS versions, but for every other game you can enable DLSS overlay (google ShowDlssIndicator) that will tell you what version is in use

Q: What do I have to do coming from the older way of updating DLSS (NPI + replacing .dll files)
A: Nothing really, using Nvidia app should overwrite what you set with NPI and it should overwrite whatever version of dlss you have inside the game. You can delete NPI and DLSS4 overwrite mod.

Q: What is this DLAA, DLSS and what is the difference
A: DLSS is a name for many Nvidia technologies like antialiasing, upscaling, frame generation. MGO, using Community Shaders, only works with the antialiasing part (DLAA) to remove shimmering, make the image clearer and edges less jagged. DLAA doesn't change resolution and doesn't introduce new frames. For now DLSS upscaling and frame gen will not work with CS in VR.

Q: Will it work for ENB?
A: It should work with Upscaler mod, but I didn't test it.

Q: Why reboot after using the script? Why not use Admin privileges?
A: Nvidia services need to be restarted for the changes to take place and the script already has that function, but that would require an explanation on how to run script with Admin rights, wouldn't work for people without Admin rights on their PCs and is just not a good idea if the goal is to make a foolproof guide.

Q: Do i need to enable or disable any mods inside MGO?
A: The only mod needed is the one that actually implements DLSS into the game, so either Community Shaders or Skyrim Upscaler (if you use ENB) with enabled DLSS/DLAA inside the mod . Mods under "Performance" named (DLAA - Press END...)/(DLSS - Not compatible...) are just empty mods giving you instructions with their filename, they don't contain any files and make no difference.
