To enable HDMI Device Link on your PS5, follow these steps:

Turn on your PS5 and TV.
On your PS5, go to Settings.
Select System.
Choose HDMI.

Make sure HDMI Device Link is enabled.
Once you’ve enabled HDMI Device Link, you can use your PS5 controller to turn on your TV. Simply press the power button on your controller, and your TV should turn on automatically. You can also use your TV remote to control your PS5 by enabling HDMI CEC or Anynet+ on your TV’s system settings 12.

If you’re experiencing issues with HDMI Device Link, you can turn it off by following these steps:

Go to Settings on your PS5.
Select System.
Choose HDMI.
Turn off Device Link.
This will prevent your PS5 from turning on or off when you power on or off your TV
