You can try turning on your TV first and then turning on your PS5.
You can use the HDMI device link feature on your PS5 to turn on your TV when you turn on your PS5. To enable this feature, go to the Settings menu, select System, and then select HDMI. From there, you can toggle the Enable HDMI device link option to turn on the feature. This will allow your PS5 to automatically turn on your TV when you turn on your PS5
