How to Enable Steam 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) or "Steam Guard"
Two Factor Authentication using Steam Guard is one of the best ways to protect your Steam Account, and all the games you own. Its easy. When enabled, Steam Sends a verification code to your email, or you can get one off your phone from the steam app, and then you enter that to prove your identity. That way just because someone "Guesses" or "Steals" your password, they cant break into your account.
To Enable Steam Guard, just head over to your steam settings. Then on the main panel, select the button that says "Steam Guard Settings" and you'll have 3 settings to choose from. None, Email a Code, or Use the Steam Authenticator on your Phone. I recommend at the very least, enabling email verification. Super simple, and if your phone is damaged you can still access your steam account.
