I have a Ryzen 5800X and 2X 8GB 3600MHz DDR4 Corsair Vengeance RAM & I couldn't get speeds to run at the advertised 3600MHz.

Follow the steps shown and then also make sure the ram is installed in slots A2 & B2. Once you have applied the XMP / D.O.C.P (Direct Over Clock Profile) RAM profile you should be good to go!
