This video was inspired by playing Overwatch and noticing a lot of people getting triggered far too frequently during their gaming experience.

My theory is that too many people simply don't enjoy a video game if they're losing. This is a problem because 50% of your time on competitive online games will likely be spent losing. In this video I discuss how many of us have this problem, why we have it and what we might be able to do to level out the tilt.
