★ Hey Palians!
This was so confusing for me that I spent hours searching for the key and still came up with no solutions. Then I finally realized the order of missions I had to go through to unlock the Library.
The trick to unlocking the closed Library is:
• First reaching Level 3 friendship with Jina, this ensures you get her friendship gift which is THE KEY to the LIBRARY. Sequentially complete Jina's main quests, "The Key" and "Open The Door".
• After only having completed "Open The Door", you will gain access to the Key that opens the locked Library. Once in, just go beyond the long corridor and find the book on the right bookshelf.
