Software that can convert a PDF to Spreadsheet compatible format are either paid or hard to find. Nonetheless, there are some websites which have tools to do this for you (but if you have confidential information you'd wouldn't want to upload it to a 3rd party site, would you?).

And no, I am not going to talk about Microsoft Word ( which I do not understand why some people claim it to be free IF you have already PURCHASED Microsoft Office ... Oh Please It Just Knocks The Sense Out Of Me !!!)

The spreadsheet editor that I would be using for the purposes of this video is the open source LibreOffice Calc.
The software tools I demonstrate here span computing systems ranging from Windows, Mac and Linux. They are offline so your confidential data remains on your system. Even the web server that Tabula and Excalibur initiate are on your local machine localhost 127.0.0.1
