Do you want to know how to Factory Reset your PS4 pro or PS4 slim before your Resell? This can actually be very easy to delete all the data before you resell. On the home screen of the PS4, go to settings. Then scroll down to initialization and go to FULL initialization. This may take a few hours, but in my experience it only takes like 15 to 20 minutes.
