Hey there, this is my attempt on farming Yugi Muto lvl 40.. i just saw that he appeared so i didn't quite know what it'll be like, thats why i used a not especially well thought through deck..
I added the refined version on the left, this is the one you should try to use..

How this deck works:
Cerberus is the Boss, its the first card i try to farm with, and most of the time it works :)
Muto seems not to use Guardian Sphinx, when your monster is too strong, as seen in this video ;D
so basically, you set Cerberus and power him up by using spell cards. at the end you use 2 Riryoku to power him up and get the desired +9999 damage. I use several Spell and trap cards to get rid of "Order to Charge", i also put in a few breath of Light to kill the stones if you don't get Cerberus and can't use your low lvl drawing skill yet. Abyssal Designator is used to kill Koribu(Select Dark and Fiend)..
Also, i figured, that you can use Card Rotator in combination with Breath of light, at the end of the duel, to directly attack Yugi :) ..
I Put in 3 Destruction Jammer but you can likewise just use 2-3 Riryoku Field.. i just didn't get any from the card trader yet.
I like to use a Gravity Axe at the end of a duel to give my Cerberus 1000+ Attack :)

I can't yet tell you anything about the win rate, as i didn't encounter yogi that often yet :) i'l be working on better decks.. maybe one with sad girls..
