Hoping to make skate filming more accessible to anyone trying to film clips for fakeskate or IRL skate montages. Based on my own knowledge and experience with skate filming over the years, we observe some of the cinematographic concepts that make skate filming the hyper-specific skillset that it is.

IN THIS VIDEO:
Filming a line realistically in these games is mostly about properly emulating a filmer's actions.
In this video we observe a badly filmed line of my own filming and examine what is detrimental, then start from scratch and go in-depth to make it better. Afterwards we cover a few general skate-filming rules of thumb such as "keeping the camera low" and "choosing between stationary or rolling start"
