Here is a guide showing you where you can find the hidden power weapon in Halo Infinite's Tutorial mode. This will unlock you the achievement Make a Little More Noise which requires you to Grab a Power Weapon from the Tutorial Armory. To find this you just have to click academy and then tutorial and run through it until you're in the armory. Once you're in there you will be directed to retrieve the assault rifle for weapons drills and go ahead and follow along. Once you've follow all of there instructions you will be told be the spartan in charge to keep practicing and then meet up for the final drill. Rather than moving forward turn around and you'll see the armory is open again. In there you can try out I believe all of the UNSC weapons but what you're going to want to do is go to the back corner where you entered and you will find a rack of snipers. Pick one up and the achievement should pop for you.
