How To Find & Farm A Slime Chunk! ▫ Minecraft Survival Guide (1.18 Tutorial Lets Play) [S2E82]
0The Minecraft Survival Guide Season 2 continues. Let's get squishy!
This tutorial will show you how to locate a slime chunk without external tools and set up a slime farm. We moss mine the chunk for the farm, and build a portal-based design that transports the slimes into the Nether, removing them from the mob cap (and, incidentally, spawning a good handful of zombie piglins in the process.)
But how effective can we make it when there are so many dark caves in the nearby area? We discuss how effective a slime farm can be when you're more selective about a location, and why I chose to set it up in a less efficient area.
We also showcase a hands-free method of mining obsidian from the pillars in the End.
