Tips for PC Players:
When entering a new area (including the Bramble itself just line up carefully!), get a good boost of speed and do not make any course corrections upon crossing into said new area. You will slow down passing through the bramble but not come to a dead stop, and your flight path should take you very close to - but not touch - the fish.
You can angle yourself freely with the mouse as long as you don't move properly. This is helpful for getting your bearings as you drift.
The Anglerfish will generally not aggro if you can no longer see their bodies, or no longer hear their ambient noises. Drift past the fish, turn back to face them, and then when they have disappeared into the mist you are safe to move.
Move in short bursts when you think you're safe so as to not accidentally attract further attention.
There are a couple of points where a fish is placed such that it is impossible to not attract its attention on PC if you want to head into a new area. In those cases though, drifting as close as possible to the entrance and then blasting at full speed let me easily bypass them before they could even get close to me.
