How to Find Your House or Building in Microsoft Flight Simulator (Xbox Series X)
If you want to find your house or any building in Microsoft Flight Simulator on the Xbox, it's a little harder than on the PC. This is because you can't use copy and paste via Google Maps coords because paste is accessed by the menu button on your controller and that quits the search box on world map. So instead, I show you how to move the world map around to find anywhere.
Once you've set your house or favourite place as the location, you then have the problem that you'll be flying past at quite a rate, so it's hard to see the area. This is where the drone camera and active pause are very handy.
I use the above methods to locate HMS Victory which is a historic ship located in Portsmouth. You'll see the mapping of this famous area isn't very good yet, but I also show you the Spinnaker tower which has been recreated very nicely.
