If you are getting File System Error’s these are usually caused by Disk Related Errors which can be related to bad sectors on the hard drive, disk integrity corruption or anything related to the hard disk. A File System Error will look something like this "File System Error (-2018375670)" the number can change with this error.

I will show you step by step to try and fix/repair the error.

Reinstall All Built-in Windows Apps:

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

How To Fix File System Errors on Windows 10
1. Run SFC
2. Run CHKDSK C: /F /R
3. Create a new user account
4. Reset Windows Store
5. Check App Crash View
