How to Fix Laptop Touchpad Not Working Problem

Having trouble with your laptop mouse touchpad not working? whether you are running a Toshiba, HP, Dell, Samsung, Fujitsu, Asus or Acer, the repair process is the same. First you will need to find out whether it is software or hardware related. Software is the first place to start troubleshooting your problem.
1. Check Keyboard FN and F1 to F12 keys for a touchpad symbol and Enable it.
2. Check Drivers and make sure its installed
3. Check touchpad driver and make sure its not corrupted
4. Check mouse settings in control panel to make sure touchpad is enabled.
5. Try system restore and see if this resolves the issue.
6. Try fresh install of Windows and install all drivers and see if this resolves the issue.
after all of that and it still don't work, its more than likely a hardware problem.
