Hi, this video shows you how to fix a Xbox One S controller that won't connect to an Android phone because it fails to 'pair'. By using 'Network Setting Reset' it should then allow you to pair your controller to your Android phone as it brings the phones Bluetooth settings back to default. Before you try this method it would be worth updating your controller via your Xbox one console or the Xbox Accessories App. Remember to enter in your phones WiFi settings again as they will have been reset.
